Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect on rudzki.voxianet.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. The data controller is the entity named at the end of this page. You can write to the address given there about any matter concerning your data.

What data we collect. Through the contact form: your first name, the contact channel you choose (Telegram username, WhatsApp number or email address), the type of enquiry, your message, the site language and a record of the consents you gave. On every visit Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver the site and protect the forms against spam.

Purposes and legal bases. We reply to your enquiry and prepare possible cooperation on the basis of the consent you give in the form and of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We send occasional news only if you tick that option (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We protect the site and the forms against abuse on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives the data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting, Turnstile spam protection, cookie-free visit statistics) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (a server in Frankfurt running our enquiry handling system and CRM). The team receives only a notification about a new enquiry through Telegram, without your personal data. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data. Enquiry data — 12 months after the last contact, and if we start working together, for the duration of the cooperation and the period required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent — until you withdraw it.

Your rights. You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address below; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Providing data is voluntary, but without your first name and contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.

When we change this policy, the version shown below changes. The version in force when you send an enquiry is stored together with it.
